Legality of Products Sold:
All parts and products sold by Specialties Machining are intended for off road racing vehicles which are never to be driven on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers, as well as race sanctioning bodies before ordering any products from Specialties Machining.

Because US, Canadian, state provincial regulations may prohibit the removal or modification of components that were installed on vehicles by Ford Motor Company to meet emission requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles manufactured for use on public roads, Specialties Machining, recommends that vehicles equipped with parts designated “for off-highway use” not be operated on public roads, and offers such parts only for track or off highway competitive or performance use.

Part Installation:
Specialties Machining strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts. Improper installation of any part may void the warranty (if any) and cause injury or death.

Specialties Machining strongly recommends checking with a certified Ford dealer before ANY modification is done to a vehicle as a modification can void existing warranties. In the case where a modification voids any warranty to a vehicle, Specialties Machining is not responsible for any damages that arise from the voided warranty

1. All prices listed on any and all Specialties Machining websites are in US currency unless otherwise stated.
2. All prices are subject to change without notice

Specialties Machining is not responsible for typographical, photographic, technical, or pricing errors listed on our website or any errors listed on other search engine/price comparison websites. Our prices fluctuate based upon distribution pricing of the product to us. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We work very hard to maintain low prices; however Specialties Machining has no control over any unforeseen price or market changes. However Specialties Machining reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Methods of Payment:
We accept only the following forms of payment for all Internet orders:

1. CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express Card
2. CHECKS: Cashiers Checks and Money Orders (PERSONAL checks must clear prior to shipping). Must Contact Specialties Machining via email regarding ALL checks

Cancellation of Order: (order which has not shipped yet)
If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order or custom order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the order being manufactured, assembled, built or shipped. If a customer cancels an order after the product has been shipped, manufactured or assembled (if special order), the customer is subject to our re-stocking fee policies. If the order has not shipped, been manufactured or assembled a 100% refund will apply.

Right of Service:
Specialties Machining reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason without explanation if we feel this is in the best interest on however Specialties Machining as a company and its customer base as a whole.

Damaged Merchandise:
You must report all damaged merchandise to carrier (UPS or Post Office or Courier used) and send Specialties Machining a copy of the inspection report. It is important that you provide the name of the carrier representatives you spoke with and request that they contact Specialties Machining at (954) 943-5202. We reserve the right to replace or refuse damaged parts or entire product. A $30 re-boxed fee will be assessed for any product returned in a damaged box.

Damage Claims:
All products are shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and methods. Any visible or hidden damage to the package you receive should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling their customer service number for claims and have them contact Specialties Machining at (954) 942-5202. Make sure to get the name of the driver and have him sign off the package as damaged. Please file claim with the carrier the same day you receive the package from the carrier. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier and not Specialties Machining. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials that you received with the damaged goods so the carrier can inspect the package based on you claims. Please keep in mind that Race proven Motors can not initiate any claims with the carrier.
